2. Data collected
This website collects the personal data you voluntarily provide through: the contact form (name, email, phone, message), the newsletter subscription form (name, email), and the testimonial form (name, city, experience). During navigation, technical data is also collected in aggregate form (pages visited, device type) through analytics tools.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to: answer your contact or consultation requests (pre-contractual measures), send you the newsletter if you subscribed (consent, revocable at any time via the unsubscribe link), publish your testimonial after review (consent), and improve the website through aggregate statistics (legitimate interest).
4. Third-party tools
The website uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregate navigation statistics and Brevo for newsletter management. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. Data is never sold or transferred to third parties for external marketing purposes.
5. Retention
Contact form data is kept for the time needed to handle the request. Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn. Published testimonials remain online until a removal request is received.
6. Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting the controller via the Contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

This is the personal website of an Independent Teampartner and not an official PM-International AG website. Purchases made on the official fitline.com shop are covered by PM-International’s own privacy policy.
