What is FitLine PowerCocktail

My name is Alfio Nicolosi, I'm an Independent PM-International Distributor and over a couple of years I lost more than 30 kg by changing my habits and daily routine. PowerCocktail was one of the first FitLine products I added to my mornings, and here I'll tell you what it really is, with no miracle promises.

FitLine PowerCocktail is a powdered food supplement you dissolve in water. What makes it special is the combination of natural extracts from berries, fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices, bringing together polyphenols and vitamins in a 2-in-1 support designed for energy and concentration. It also contains natural fibre, prebiotics and probiotics in the form of live lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus reuteri and Lactobacillus acidophilus). The flavour is orange-blackcurrant.

What it's for and benefits

In my experience, PowerCocktail became a small morning ritual. According to the product documentation and what I've noticed myself, it can contribute to:

• Energy – vitamins B6, B12 and C contribute to normal psychological function.
• Strength and energy metabolism – it's rich in vitamin B6, which contributes to normal energy metabolism.
• Concentration – again thanks to the B vitamins and vitamin C.
• Immune system – it's rich in vitamin C, which helps maintain the normal function of the immune system.

On top of that there's a daily dose of fibre, prebiotics (inulin) and probiotics. It's not a "magic" drink: it's a convenient way to bring a plant-based mix to the table that, honestly, I'd struggle to eat every day in the right amounts.

How to use it

The manufacturer's instructions are simple: dissolve the contents of one sachet (15 g) in 180 ml of still water. The recommended daily dose is 1 serving (1 sachet) per day.

I drink it as soon as I wake up, before breakfast. I stir well, wait a few seconds for the fibre to hydrate, and drink it straight away. Nothing to prepare the night before, no cooking: it's one of the reasons I managed to turn it into a stable habit.

Main ingredients (explained)

The full list is long because the product gathers many plant extracts. Here are the key players in plain words:

• Fruit, vegetable and spice mix: cranberry, pomegranate, apple, Acerola, broccoli sprouts, strawberries, tomato, sour cherry, turmeric, spinach, basil, oregano, cinnamon, elderberry, carrot, blackberry, blackcurrant, beetroot, raspberry and more. This is the natural source of polyphenols and colour.
• Natural fibre: oat, pea and apple fibre plus inulin (a prebiotic that feeds the good bacteria).
• Live lactic cultures: Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus reuteri (probiotics).
• Guarana extract (with natural caffeine) and ginger extract.
• Vitamins: C, E, B group (B1, B2, B6, B12), niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid, biotin; plus beta-carotene and selenium.
• Turmeric extract with γ-cyclodextrin and grape seed extract.
• Sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia, with a little fructose.

An honest note: since it contains guarana with caffeine, it gives a slight boost, so I take it in the morning rather than the evening.

Who it's suitable for

I mainly recommend it to anyone who wants convenient support for energy and concentration in their daily routine: people with busy days, those who exercise, those who feel their diet is low in fruit and vegetables. For me it was useful during my own journey of change, alongside a more balanced diet and movement.

It's not a meal replacement and doesn't replace a varied diet. During pregnancy, breastfeeding, with existing conditions or ongoing treatment, or if you're very sensitive to caffeine, I always suggest checking with your doctor first.

Side effects and safety

It's a food supplement: used as directed (1 sachet a day) it's generally well tolerated. Keep in mind that it contains caffeine (from guarana), so it may not suit those who are very sensitive or for evening use. Don't exceed the recommended daily dose and keep out of reach of children. If you're allergic to certain plant ingredients, always read the full label. Personally I've had no issues, but every body is different.
