Basen Plus

What it is

FitLine Basen Plus is a powdered mineral food supplement from PM-International's specialty range. Its peculiarity is that it isn't drunk on its own: it is dissolved into FitLine Restorate (rich in zinc) to create a refreshing orange-lemon drink. What it is for and benefits

Basen Plus is designed to contribute to normal acid-base metabolism. The formula combines calcium lactate, potassium citrate, sodium citrate and magnesium citrate: minerals that many of us take in below the recommended intake through a modern diet. In my routine I take it in the evening, dissolved in Restorate, as a daily wellbeing habit. It is not a medicine and does not cure anything: it is a supplement that complements a balanced lifestyle.

How to use it

Add 3 level scoops of powder (6 g) to 250 ml of ready-to-drink FitLine Restorate, stirring well. Sip the drink immediately after preparing it, ideally in the evening. The 180 g pack contains 30 servings of 6 g, covering about one month at one portion a day.
