Discover the art of home-made yoghurt with FitLine Feel-Good¹ Yoghurt, the perfect alternative to industrial store-bought yoghurt. Enjoy fresh home-made yoghurt prepared with top-quality FitLine products and the exclusive Nutrient Transport Concept® (NTC®). FitLine Feel-Good¹ Yoghurt is a fresh yoghurt with natural sweeteners, free from preservatives and with a natural taste, ideal for the whole family. It contains four types of yoghurt cultures and probiotics. With the FitLine Yoghurt Maker you can easily make delicious plain yoghurt at home and create endless recipes. ¹Calcium contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes.
Benefits
Preparation only in the FitLine Yoghurt Maker: with one sachet of FitLine Yoghurt (50.5 g) and one litre of skimmed milk (0.3%) at room temperature (about 20°C) you can make 5 servings. Half-fill the inner container with milk, add the entire contents of one sachet and mix with an electric or balloon whisk until the powder dissolves. Add the remaining milk and mix again thoroughly. Put the lid on, pressing out as much air as possible, fill the outer container with boiling water (about 0.5 litres) and insert the inner container. Let it ferment for at least 10 hours at room temperature, away from draughts, without opening or moving the maker. Then refrigerate for 8-10 hours before eating. Keeps in the fridge for up to 5 days. Recommended intake: 200 ml per day of the ready product. A shorter fermentation gives a milder yoghurt; fattier milk (3.5-3.8%) makes it especially creamy.
What is FitLine Feel-Good¹ Yoghurt
FitLine Feel-Good¹ Yoghurt is a sachet of cultures and protein powder that, together with the FitLine Yoghurt Maker and one litre of milk, lets you make fresh, natural, creamy yoghurt at home. Since I lost over 30 kg with the help of PM-International products, I've learned that small daily habits make all the difference: this product has become one of my favourite ways to always have healthy yoghurt ready in the fridge.
It's a yoghurt with natural sweeteners, free from preservatives, with a neutral, delicate taste. It contains four types of yoghurt cultures and probiotics and is designed for the whole family. One 50.5 g sachet yields about 5 servings.
What it's for and its benefits
In my experience, FitLine Feel-Good¹ Yoghurt is mainly for people who want full control over what they eat: no industrial added sugars, no preservatives, just fresh yoghurt you make yourself.
- Natural yoghurt: a neutral taste you can customise with fruit, honey, cereals or granola.
- 4 probiotic cultures: contains Bifidobacterium species, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus.
- Easy to make at home: with the FitLine Yoghurt Maker the process is almost automatic.
- Versatile in the kitchen: I use it as a base for light desserts, sauces, soups or as a side for sweet and savoury dishes.
An honest note on claims: the label states that calcium contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes. It's not a weight-loss product and promises no miracles; it's simply a more genuine alternative to supermarket yoghurt.
How to use it
Preparation is done only in the FitLine Yoghurt Maker. With one sachet (50.5 g) and one litre of skimmed milk (0.3%) at room temperature (about 20°C) you get 5 servings.
- Half-fill the inner container with milk.
- Add the entire sachet and mix with an electric whisk or balloon whisk until the powder dissolves.
- Pour in the remaining milk and mix well again.
- Put the lid on the inner container, pressing out as much air as possible.
- Fill the outer container with boiling water (about 0.5 litres).
- Insert the inner container and close with a gentle twisting motion.
- Let it ferment for at least 10 hours at room temperature, away from draughts, without opening or moving the maker.
- Refrigerate for 8-10 hours before eating.
The yoghurt keeps in the fridge for up to 5 days. The recommended intake is 200 ml per day of the ready product. A shorter fermentation gives a milder yoghurt; using fattier milk (3.5-3.8%) makes it particularly creamy.
Main ingredients (explained)
- Protein-enriched whey powder: the protein base of the yoghurt.
- Inulin (19.8%): a prebiotic fibre that helps feed the cultures.
- Bovine gelatine: contributes to the texture.
- Niacin (vitamin B3).
- Lactic acid cultures (with milk and lactose): the four probiotic strains listed above.
- Natural flavour.
It contains milk and lactose: bear this in mind if you are intolerant.
Who it's for
I recommend it to anyone who loves yoghurt but wants to avoid added sugars and preservatives, to families with children, to those looking for a healthier alternative to the supermarket, and to those who, like me, are on a wellness journey and want simple, controlled foods. It requires the FitLine Yoghurt Maker, so it's designed for people who make yoghurt at home regularly.
Side effects and safety
It's a food, not a medicine. It contains milk and lactose, so it isn't suitable for those allergic to milk proteins or strongly lactose-intolerant. It contains bovine gelatine, to consider if you follow a vegetarian diet or specific dietary choices. I've experienced no side effects in daily use; if in doubt or with specific conditions, always consult your doctor.
