Among the declared ingredients is niacin (vitamin B3): under European nutrition claims, niacin contributes to normal energy metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Inulin (19.8%) is a soluble fibre, while the lactic cultures (Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Streptococcus thermophilus) are the same ones that give yoghurt its typical texture. It remains a food, not a medicine: it can contribute to a more balanced breakfast or snack, but it does not replace a varied diet.

How to use it

Preparation only happens in the FitLine Yoghurt Maker. With 1 sachet (50.5 g) and 1 litre of skimmed milk (0.3% fat) at room temperature you get 5 portions. Pour half the milk into the inner container, add the whole sachet and whisk until the powder dissolves, then add the rest of the milk. Close the lid pushing out the air, fill the outer container with about 0.5 litres of boiling water, insert the inner container and close. Let it ferment for at least 10 hours at room temperature, away from draughts, without opening or moving the device. Then refrigerate for 8-10 hours before enjoying. Tip: 200 ml of ready product per day. A shorter fermentation time gives a milder, more liquid drink.
