What is the FitLine Optimal-Set

The FitLine Optimal-Set is the complete daily routine from PM-International: three products designed to support you from morning to night. The set includes FitLine Basics, FitLine Activize Oxyplus and FitLine Restorate Citrus (orange-lemon flavour). How to use it

The complete routine is designed like this:

• FitLine Basics: dissolve the contents of one sachet (12 g) in about 180 ml of still water. One serving per day, ideally in the morning.
• FitLine Activize Oxyplus: one level scoop (1.67 g) in an empty glass with 40 ml of still water, stir until dissolved. Up to 3 times a day, away from the evening so it does not disturb sleep (it contains caffeine).
• FitLine Restorate Citrus: dissolve 3 level scoops (6.7 g) in still water. Pour the powder into a glass, add a little water and stir until dissolved; once the foam settles, top up to about 250 ml. Drink straight away, ideally in the evening.

My practical tip: keep the three products in sight, so they become a habit and you don't forget them.

Main ingredients (explained)

FitLine Basics delivers fibre (oat, pea, apple), inulin and live lactic cultures (Lactobacillus acidophilus and reuteri) for gut wellbeing, along with vitamin C (also from Acerola), vitamin E, beta-carotene, selenium and a blend of vegetable powders (broccoli, carrots, spinach, tomatoes) plus turmeric and grape seed extracts.

FitLine Activize Oxyplus combines guarana extract (a caffeine source), vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin and folic acid, with vitamin C, ginger and seaweed. B-group vitamins are known to contribute to normal energy metabolism.

FitLine Restorate Citrus provides calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, iron, copper, manganese, selenium, chromium and vitamin D3. It is the "mineral" part of the set, useful after exertion and in the evening hours.

An honest note: the sweeteners are steviol glycosides from stevia and the flavours are natural. I do not list nutritional values down to the milligram because they vary by batch: always refer to the official label.

Who it is for

The Optimal-Set is designed for anyone looking for a simple daily nutritional base: families, people with busy schedules, amateur athletes, those who often eat out or feel an afternoon energy dip. It suits anyone who wants a "turnkey" method without having to combine ten different supplements themselves.

Side effects and safety

In my experience, and that of the people I support, FitLine products are generally well tolerated. The one real point of attention is Activize Oxyplus: it contains caffeine, so if you are sensitive, avoid taking it in the late afternoon or evening. Those not used to fibre may notice a slight digestive adjustment in the first days with Basics: this is normal and usually passes.

Do not exceed the recommended doses, do not replace full meals and keep supplements out of children's reach. These products do not replace a varied and balanced diet.
