Optimal-Set (PowerCocktail & Restorate Exotic)

What it is

The Optimal-Set is the combination FitLine (a registered trademark of PM-International AG) offers to cover the whole day: PowerCocktail in the morning and Restorate Exotic at night. Both use NTC technology, designed for nutrient transport. They are powdered food supplements to dissolve in water, not meal replacements.

I'm Alfio Nicolosi, an Independent PM-International Distributor and a former obese person: I lost 30 kg by changing my habits, and this set became part of my routine because it keeps things simple — one step in the morning, one at night.

What it's for and benefits

PowerCocktail (orange-blackcurrant flavour) is my nutritional "alarm clock": it brings vitamins C, E and B-group, dietary fibre, lactic cultures and a touch of caffeine from guarana (30 mg per serving). Restorate Exotic (prickly-pear flavour) is the good-night drink, rich in calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium and vitamin D3.

Under authorised European claims: vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system; calcium and magnesium contribute to the maintenance of normal bones; magnesium contributes to normal nervous-system and muscle function; zinc to the maintenance of normal hair, nails and skin. It is not a medicine and cures nothing: it supports your diet.

How to use it

• Morning — PowerCocktail: 1 sachet (15 g) in 180 ml of still water.
• Night — Restorate Exotic: 1 sachet (6.7 g) in 250 ml of water, stir well; drink straight away in sips.

I find it practical precisely because it marks out the day without any fuss.

Main ingredients

PowerCocktail combines fibres (oat, pea, apple, inulin), a broad blend of fruit, vegetable and spice extracts (cranberry, pomegranate, acerola, broccoli, turmeric, ginger), lactic cultures and a vitamin pool (C, E, B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, folic acid, biotin, pantothenic acid) with selenium from yeast and caffeine from guarana. Restorate Exotic supplies minerals and trace elements: calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, iron, manganese, copper, chromium, selenium and vitamin D3. Both are sweetened with steviol glycosides from stevia.

Who it's for

It's designed for adults who want a simple daily routine to supplement their diet. Note: PowerCocktail contains caffeine and is not suitable for children or pregnant women. If you're caffeine-sensitive, keep that in mind, especially if taken late.

In my personal experience I mostly appreciate the convenience: the morning orange-blackcurrant taste is pleasant and the evening prickly pear is mild. Don't expect miracles — it's a supplement, not a magic wand — but as a steady habit it fits well into a more mindful lifestyle, just as it did in my own 30-kg journey.
