What is FitLine Restorate Exotic

FitLine Restorate Exotic is the "good night" drink from the PM-International range. It is a powdered food supplement to be dissolved in water, formulated with a high-quality combination of calcium, magnesium, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium and vitamin D. The Exotic version comes in a Prickly Pear flavour, fresh and lightly fruity, which makes it pleasant to drink in the evening.

The official instructions are simple: once a day, mix the contents of one sachet (6.7 g) into 250 ml of still water, stirring until the powder is completely dissolved. Drink immediately in small sips, ideally in the evening before going to bed.

I prepare mine about half an hour before bedtime: it has become a small evening ritual. I suggest room-temperature water to dissolve the powder better.

Here are the key components and why they are there:

• Calcium (calcium carbonate and lactate): contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
• Magnesium (carbonate and citrate): useful for energy metabolism, muscle function and reducing tiredness.

The Prickly Pear flavour is a nice alternative for those who like to vary from the classic flavours.

It is not intended to replace meals or to treat medical conditions. In case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, ongoing medication or illness, it is always best to check with your doctor.
