What is the FitLine Optimal-Set 50+

How to use it

The routine is simple:

• Morning – PowerCocktail + Generation 50+: one PowerCocktail sachet (15 g) in 180 ml of still water and one Generation 50+ sachet (5 g), added to the PowerCocktail or dissolved in water as directed on the label. Recommended dose: 1 serving of each per day.
• Evening – Restorate: I mix one sachet (6.7 g) in 250 ml of still water until fully dissolved, then sip slowly, ideally before bed.

I suggest always using room-temperature water and drinking the Restorate straight away.

Main ingredients (explained)

• PowerCocktail: vitamins C, E and B-group, beta-carotene, fibres (oat, pea, apple, inulin), lactic acid cultures, a rich fruit, vegetable and spice mix (cranberry, pomegranate, acerola, turmeric, broccoli) and guarana extract with caffeine.
• Generation 50+: microalgae oil (omega-3), Coenzyme Q10, lutein, red ginseng extract, vitamins B1 and B2.
• Restorate: calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, iron, manganese, copper, chromium, selenium and vitamin D3.

Sweetened with steviol glycosides from stevia. For precise nutritional values I always refer to the official labels on the packaging.

Who it's for

It's designed mainly for the over-50s who want a complete daily routine, but in general for active adults looking for support with energy, recovery and nutritional wellbeing. It's not suitable for children, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice; anyone taking medication or with health conditions should consult their doctor, especially because of the caffeine (guarana).

Side effects and safety

In my personal experience I had no problems, but since the PowerCocktail contains caffeine I recommend not taking it in the evening and considering it carefully if you're sensitive to stimulants. As with any supplement, it should not replace a varied, balanced diet and the recommended doses should not be exceeded. If you have allergies, always check the ingredient list (Generation 50+ contains soybean seed extract).
