How to use it

Preparation is simple. Pour about 2 slightly heaped scoops (32.3 g) of powder together with 230 ml of milk (1.5% fat) into a shaker or electric blender, and mix well.

Manufacturer's recommended dosage:

• To lose weight: replace 2 meals a day with 2 shakes (1 shake = 1 meal).
• To maintain weight: replace 1 meal a day with 1 shake.

I usually have it for breakfast and sometimes for dinner when I get home late and don't want to give in to junk food. Important: drink plenty of water throughout the day and pair it with a varied diet for your other meals.

Main ingredients (explained)

• Milk and whey proteins: help with satiety and with maintaining muscle mass during a calorie-restricted diet.
• Green coffee bean extract: part of FitLine's patented plant combination.

It contains milk and soy: it's not suitable for those allergic to these ingredients. Side effects and safety

In my own experience I haven't noticed any side effects, but this is a food, not a medicine, and should be used sensibly. Meal replacements should not be used as the only source of nutrition for long periods: to lose weight you replace at most two meals a day, and the others must be balanced. Because it contains fibre, some people notice a little bloating at first, which usually settles down. Be aware of milk and soy among the allergens. Don't use it as a total substitute for your diet and keep your fluid intake up.
