In this guide I present to you a practical 30 day program that I have developed over time supporting many people in their weight loss journey. It's a protocol that works, but requires your active commitment.

FitLine Products for Weight Management

Before getting into the actual program, here are the products we will use and why:

FitLine TopShape

TopShape is the FitLine product specifically formulated to support weight management. Its main ingredient is glucomannan, a natural fiber extracted from Konjac root.

The EFSA (European Food Safety Agency) has approved the statement that glucomannan contributes to the reduction of body weight when taken in doses of 3g per day as part of a low-calorie diet.

The FitLine 30 Day Weight Loss Program

Basic Daily Protocol

Here is the optimal daily schedule:

Morning (at breakfast or immediately after):

30 minutes before lunch:

  • 3 capsules of TopShape with a large glass of water (300ml at least)

Realistic Expectations: How Much You Lose in 30 Days

I'll be direct: with the FitLine 30 day program, without a parallel low-calorie diet, weight loss will be minimal. FitLine supports weight loss but does not replace it.

With the complete program (FitLine + correct nutrition + physical activity):

  • Realistic loss in 30 days: 2-4kg
  • Loss without physical activity: 1-2kg
  • Only FitLine without dietary changes: 0-1kg

Remember: healthy and sustainable weight loss is 0.5-1 kg per week. Faster losses are often due to the loss of water and muscle mass, not fat.

Tips for Maximizing Results
