Cards on the table
Search for "FitLine products" and you mostly land on two kinds of pages: the official shop, which presents everything with the same enthusiasm, or distributor pages that mainly want to sell. Neither answers the real question: what actually exists, what is each product for, and where should you start? That is what this article is for.
Transparency first: I am Alfio Nicolosi, Independent FitLine Teampartner. If you buy through the links on this page, I earn a commission. I am not PM-International and I do not speak for the company. That is also why you will find, in plain words, which products you don't need.
I have used FitLine for over two years and lost 30 kg by changing how I eat and walking a lot: FitLine was support, not the cause.
What FitLine is
FitLine is the brand under which PM-International sells its food supplements and skincare. The company was founded in 1993 by Rolf Sorg, is headquartered in Schengen (Luxembourg) and has its German base and logistics in Speyer. According to the press (Berliner Kurier, 2026), it operates in more than 40 countries with annual revenue in the billions.
The point most people miss: FitLine is not sold in shops, not in pharmacies, not in health-food chains, not officially on Amazon. It is sold only through direct selling, meaning Teampartners like me, with the order placed in the official shop. That explains why it costs more than a shelf supplement and why you find so many "personal reviews" online written by people who sell it. I explain the model without filters in FitLine and network marketing.

How the range is built
At first glance the FitLine range is sprawling: over 40 products and variants, many names, many flavours. Underneath it sits a simple principle the manufacturer calls the Optimal-Set:
- Morning: a basic product. PowerCocktail (vitamins, fibre, lactic acid cultures, caffeine) or Basics (same concept without the energy component).
- Evening: Restorate, a mineral drink with calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, chromium and vitamin D.
- When needed: Activize, a drink powder with B vitamins and caffeine.
Everything else in the catalogue complements that base: for sport, for specific stages of life, for skin and hair. Once you get the principle, the rest falls into place in five minutes. And here is the sentence I write not only because I have to: food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Basic products
| Product | What it is (manufacturer / EU claims) | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|
| PowerCocktail | Drink powder with vitamins, fibre, selenium, lactic acid cultures and 30 mg caffeine per serving; vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system | Anyone who wants one product for the morning |
| Basics | The same base concept without the caffeine component | People who do not want caffeine |
| Restorate Citrus / Exotic | Mineral drink for the evening; magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, calcium to normal muscle function | Almost everyone who starts |
| Activize Oxyplus | Powder with B vitamins and caffeine; vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism | Anyone looking for an alternative to the third coffee |
| Activize Sensitive / Lemon-Lime | Activize variants (milder version, different flavour) | Caffeine-sensitive people, or a matter of taste |
| Optimal-Set PowerCocktail + Restorate | The morning + evening bundle | The typical starting point |
| Optimal-Set Basics | Basics + Restorate + Activize | People who want the components separate |
| Optimal-Set 50+ | PowerCocktail + Restorate + Generation 50+ | Over-50s |
| PowerCocktail Junior | Version for children and teenagers | Families, after checking with the paediatrician |
An honest note on PowerCocktail, the best-seller: according to the German label the first ingredient is fructose (sweetened with sugar and stevia, 45 kcal per serving, gluten-free). Not a scandal, but worth knowing. Details in the PowerCocktail guide and the ingredients analysis.
Weight management and sport
This is where promises sell most easily, so I stay deliberately cool: no product here is a slimming aid. What exists:
- ProShape All-in-1: a protein shake designed as a meal replacement within a calorie-reduced diet. Available in six flavours. During my weight-loss phase I used one a day in place of a meal; I lost weight because I ate less and better, not because of the shake.
- ProShape Amino: an amino-acid product from the weight-management programme; composition on the product page.
- TopShape: a complement within the same programme. Only after the basics, never as a first purchase.
- Fitness-Drink: drink powder for around training.
- Creatine+: creatine for strength sports (authorised claim: increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, at 3 g a day). Pointless for runners and occasional exercisers.
- Munogen: capsules with L-arginine, L-citrulline, plant extracts and B vitamins (folate and B12 contribute to normal blood formation). A niche product for demanding periods.
- Feel-Good Yoghurt: yoghurt drink powder with lactic acid cultures.
- Herbaslim: a herbal tea from the weight programme. A tea, not a fat burner.
Special products
Designed for targeted additions, not for starting out.
| Product | What it is | Who it is for (manufacturer's category) |
|---|---|---|
| Antioxy | Vitamins and plant compounds; the authorised claim (protection of cells from oxidative stress) applies to vitamins C and E, zinc and selenium | People extending the base |
| C-Balance | Vitamin C product | Cold season |
| D-Drink | Vitamin D product; contributes to the maintenance of normal bones | Autumn and winter |
| Generation 50+ | Nutrient combination for over-50s | Complement to the Optimal-Set |
| Men+ / Women+ | Gender-specific nutrient formulas | Targeted addition |
| Joint-Health | Product dedicated to joints | Athletes, older people |
| microSolve Omega 3 | Omega-3; DHA and EPA contribute to the normal function of the heart (from 250 mg a day) | People who eat little oily fish |
| microSolve Q10 / Lutein / Heart Duo | Coenzyme Q10, lutein and a combined product from the liquid microSolve line | Q10 and lutein have no authorised claims |
| Basen Plus | Minerals the manufacturer links to acid-base balance; zinc contributes to normal acid-base metabolism | A complement, not a must |
| IB5 | Product with lactic acid cultures (gut theme) | Details on the product page |
Important: with medication, pregnancy or a medical condition, doctor first. Minerals can have a laxative effect at high doses (true of magnesium in general): more in side effects and safety.
Beauty
Two things get mixed here: drinkable supplements and actual cosmetics.
- Beauty – drinkable collagen: collagen drink. Collagen itself has no authorised claim; the full composition is on the product page.
- microSolve Hair+: nutritional product dedicated to hair (composition on the product page).
- Activize Serum, 4ever, Ultimate Young, Cell Capsule and Cell Lotion, Skin Eye Care, Men Face: skincare (serum, creams, eye care, men's line). Cosmetics, not supplements; results depend on skin type and taste.
Where to start
The question I get most often on WhatsApp. Three cases:
You want to try FitLine seriously: Optimal-Set (PowerCocktail + Restorate), one sachet in the morning and one in the evening for four weeks, then an honest review.
You just want a taste: a single product. PowerCocktail for the morning, Activize as a coffee alternative, Restorate if minerals are your topic.
You have a specific need (sport, vitamin D in winter, a meal replacement): only that product, not the whole programme.
What not to do: buy everything at once. Anyone who recommends seven products in week one is selling, not advising.
Quality and testing
The point where FitLine genuinely differs from shelf products: the products are analysed regularly by TÜV SÜD ELAB, most of the range is on the Kölner Liste (a German organised-sport initiative that tests supplements for doping substances, with a public database), production follows GMP standards and a QR code on the pack leads to the analysis results.
What does not exist: a test by Stiftung Warentest, Germany's consumer testing body (as of August 2026), and to my knowledge none by Which? either. These bodies buy products anonymously in shops, and FitLine is not there. Why that is neither an acquittal nor a red flag, I explain in FitLine and Stiftung Warentest.
Prices: how to pay less
FitLine is expensive; I say it without hedging. Prices vary by country and over time, so I do not list them here: you will find them up to date on the product pages and in the price list with discounts.
Two ways to pay less:
- 5% with a discount code on your order: get the discount code.
- 20% permanently by registering as a Teampartner: it does not oblige you to sell, but it is a contract you should understand. How it works and who it suits: become a partner. I promise you no income, because I cannot.
What FitLine is NOT
- Not a medicine. Supplements do not treat illness.
- Not a miracle product. German consumer associations rightly say that people who eat a balanced diet generally do not need supplements.
- Not a replacement for food. A cocktail in the morning does not cancel the wrong lunch.
- Not a weight-loss programme. I lost weight because I ate differently.
What I observe in myself and in customers is subjective (brighter mornings, less of an afternoon slump) and I cannot separate it from the improvements in food, movement and sleep. More in my FitLine reviews and opinions.
Frequently asked questions
What exactly is FitLine? It is the supplement and skincare brand of PM-International, a company founded in 1993 with headquarters in Schengen and a German base in Speyer. It is sold only through direct selling via Teampartners.
Where can I buy FitLine products? Only in the official shop through a Teampartner, not in pharmacies or supermarkets. Marketplace resellers give no guarantee on storage or authenticity.
Are FitLine products tested? Yes, regularly by TÜV SÜD ELAB, and most of the range is on the Kölner Liste. To my knowledge there is no test by Stiftung Warentest or Which?.
Do FitLine products have side effects? As of August 2026 I am not aware of any official health-authority warning about FitLine; the criticism comes from consumer associations and the media and concerns supplements in general. Magnesium can have a laxative effect at high doses; caffeine products are not for the evening. With medication, pregnancy or a medical condition: doctor first.
How much do FitLine products cost? Prices vary by country; you will find them up to date on the product pages. The discount code saves 5%, registered Teampartners get 20%.
Verdict
The FitLine range is large but not complicated: one base principle (morning, evening, when needed) and, around it, complements for sport, stages of life and skincare. What sets it apart from the shelf is documented testing, and a price to match. What it does not offer is miracles. Start with the Optimal-Set or a single product, give it four weeks and then decide honestly. If you are unsure about a product, ask me first.
